| Farming your farm area
"I love the exposure it gives me in my farm area! I had 3 Talking Houses on the same street! I then got a 4th listing on that same street. The owner called my office. We chatted for a while and I asked her why she called me. She said it was my "radio commercials". She said she heard them all the time. I thought this was odd because I don’t run ads on the radio. I found out it was my "Talking House" listings she had heard - they all include a nice commercial about me, of course. John Gibbons |

| The Best Publicity Ever - FREE
Thank you, thank you, thank you. KABC-TV7 just ran a great spot on me and my Talking Houses. They began previewing it this morning and continued to promote it right up until it ran on their 4 o’clock newscast. It was so great, the phone began ringing right away. | Sells Spec Homes
These Talking Houses really sell my Spec homes. I put a Transmitter on a spec home, and immediately had lots of interest. It definitely sold the house fast. Then I left it on, and changed the message to remind people that I have lots of other homes to sell, or I would be happy to build them a home just like this one. That works great. The Free Press Coverage you’ve gotten for me is great! As a new agent (2 yrs.) I am constantly trying to get my name out there. Nothing that my company, my office, or myself has done would ever have gotten me on the front page of the state’s biggest Newspaper! But you did. We received our first transmitters in April, and had immediate success with them. Then I got busy and let my attention slip. When business got slow in July, we were frustrated. Then we got your July Newsletter, with a tip about really making Talking House a big part of all of our marking and presentations. This really hit us, because we just weren't doing this. So we made a commitment to make Talking House a bigger part of our marketing and a focal point of our presentations. And guess what -- it worked! Our listings went up from 2 to 12, and we closed 5 last month and 6 this month, with 5 pending for next months! All our listings were glad we gave them an option that no one else did. And you just got us a great spot on WDRB-Fox TV. It was great fun to get the free advertising. We are currently working on next years marketing budget, and it includes purchasing more Talking Houses. We expect to double our business next year! We have a deal in the works with an area bank to sell them time on our Talking House messages. This idea came from your Newsletter too!
