| FSBO Listing
I have been so pleased since I got my Talking Houses. I started using the Talking Houses to go after For Sale By Owner’s. I approached my first FSBO with the Transmitter, and offered to rent it to them for $50.00 per month. They saw it was a way to help them sell their home faster. | Publicity Does The Trick
I made a great presentation to a woman on Thursday. She really liked Talking House, but wasn't 100% sure she wanted another sign in front of her home. I told her that it was an impact sign, and would get prospects "tuning in." And getting people tuning in would help sell her home faster. That made sense to her, but she was still thinking about it when I left. That night, at 6:00, the CBS TV station in Palm Beach, ran a great story on Talking House on their evening news. They showed a listing, the Talking House sign, excited people tuning in, the whole 9 yards. I even caught the story again on the 11:00 news. I was thrilled, because I knew it would create a real stir. And it did. The next morning at 8:10, that same woman called me at home. She had to have her home "talking" that day, and insisted I come out as soon as possible. Suddenly, the extra sign was beautiful. When I asked her what convinced her, she said she had just seen the CBS report on the 8:00 morning news! Norm Viale |
