Great Open House Results! 

"I had an open house last Sunday. I set up a Talking House Transmitter, but from 2:00 to 3:00 I didn't put out the Talking House sign next to my open house sign -- just to see. I had 1 person come in. The first hour is usually the busiest here.

     Then at 3:00 I put out the Talking House sign. From 3:00 to 5:00 I had 14 people come in. People loved it, and commented on it. I had a nice message about the home, but I also had fun -- at the end of my message I said ‘I'm looking at you, why not come in and talk with me?' These things really get attention."

       "The first home I made ‘Talk’ was the Kowal residence in Naperville. Suddenly, that home was the hottest house on the market.

     Seven people a day were in front of the house listening to it talk, according to Mrs. Kowal. Over one hundred people looked at the house, and 15 people made an offer on it. One time she had to wait to leave, because there were cars parked across her driveway!  When there’s a line of cars sitting in front of your home, that’s pretty powerful. Greatest weekend ever! 

       We're so excited. This was our greatest weekend ever. 

       We just got our Talking Houses, and I was putting up a Talking House sign at a listing when a car literally screeched up and stopped to listen! After listening through the message, they demanded to see the home -- which was great, ‘cause I was right there. 

       Plus, we've got a listing on a hill that you just can't see from the street. Since we made it "talk" people are finally calling about it. They're all tuning in and hearing how great it is. Before that, practically nothing. These are a god-send. Thanks!
