        Hello, I'm the Talking House at 620 128th NE.  I'm nicely sited on a nearly 1/4th acre lot on a quiet street - only minutes to downtown Bellevue.  Overlake hospital the 405 freeway and both bridges to Seattle.  If you commute to town, pick the best bridge for the hour - they are both handy?  If you are going to fly - Seatac is only half an hour.  That's what it's all about isn't it? - location, location, location. 
        And - if you get an uncontrollable urge to do some serious shopping, Bellevue Square is very close as are the shops, movie theaters and restaurants at Factoria, Crossroads and Overlake.  One of the neatest supermarkets in town is Larry's right down the hill and there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the same center. 
        When you feel the need to take a break and get close to nature, there are two wonderful parks within walking distance. Kelsey creek has a play field, the animal farm, acres of woods and a wandering stream.  Wilburton Hill park is even closer with magnificent soccer and baseball facilities.  Another superb resource is the new multi-million dollar Bellevue Library.  So, if you would rather do things than sit in traffic, why don't you consider living here.  I'll be ready for you to move in about September 18th, give or take a few days. 
        If I do say so myself, I'm beautifully constructed by Jacobsen Development with features found in today's finest homes.  I have 4 bedrooms or three and a first floor den.  I have 2 and one-half baths.  My luxurious master suite runs the full length of the house.  You will love the jetted soaking tub for relaxation after a busy day.  I have a separate shower . . . a walk in closet and my fully enclosed laundry room is upstairs next to the bedrooms for your convenience.  For festive occasions I have formal living and dining rooms and . . . for everyday there is a large family room with a gas fireplace.  You can have a cheerful fire in seconds with no wood to haul or store and you won't get sparks on the new carpet! (It's really great to go to bed without worrying about fireplace cleanup) 
        My gourmet kitchen overlooks a large rear deck and the spacious, open back yard.  Of course I have economical gas heating, and hot water.  My cook top is also gas so you can whip up a cheese omelet to enjoy on those leisurely Sunday morning breakfasts on the deck.  Nothing like gas for a really good omelet.  There are other extra too - I have lots of tile and hardwood floors.  My interior walls have rounded corners and oh yes, don't forget my 700 foot storage basement, the rock exterior and my three car garage.
